WHO WE ARE
We are a movement training school helping educate you on the capabilities of our minds and bodies through combining different disciplines of movement, breath techniques and recovery.
Our focus is in helping you build a body that is resilient to stress as we move through the ever changing world, while exploring the possibilities of the human body by changing the way we approach it. We will guide you slowly and safely into strengthening your body and mind.
We work off of our three foundations Respiratory, Resilience and Recovery, while continuing to educate ourselves on our passions and beliefs to bring you knowledgable and informative classes, so we as humans can understand our bodies and minds on a deeper level.
Everyone is welcome to come move, learn and train with us. We are here to help you develop and deepen your personal practise, while connecting with an ever growing strong community. You'll find no egos here!
