During my early 20s, I experienced some health struggles which forced me to assess the role which food played in my daily vitality. After years of travelling and experiencing other cultures, I became fascinated with natural remedies and the way in which food can have a protective or detrimental effect on both mental and physical health.
Modern life places a high demand on the body and mind which can lead to physiological imbalances. I work by getting to the root cause of these imbalances through optimising your nutrition to nourish and support your body systems. Through both my professional experience and my own health journey, I have witnessed first hand how dietary and lifestyle changes can enable individuals to thrive.
We are all busier, more stressed and time poor than we have ever been. I am passionate about simplifying the nutritional noise into digestible and implementable nuggets of information. It doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming to nourish your body and optimise your health.
When I'm not rambling on about the wonder of food, I can mostly be found roaming around the country in my little VW campervan!
