Endurance Xcel is the next step towards maintaining a consistent routine while offering all the tools you need to fully support your endurance practise so you begin to see results. 

This program is designed to help you Xcel within your endurance while ensuring you are stabilising your joints and muscles in exploring your range of motion through our weekly mobility class, helping  for safer movement and educating you on form.


We will provide you each week with a meal plan to help suggest healthy meals and snacks which will help keep you on track and ensure you are fuelling effectively. 

With the extra 3 pre recorded classes per week you will be able to workout 4, 5 or 6 times a week depending on your goal and fit these classes in and around your schedule.

  • 3 live classes online via Zoom including upper body, lower body and core endurance per week
