HATHA FLOW WITH BREATH (this class isn't available currently on our new schedule)

Hatha is the original of it all. The word 'Hatha' means force and teaches us about the physical challenges of a practise but very much unfolds the mental challenges that arise.
Indeed this will help you strengthen the lungs while learning 'your' breath, allowing you to find control and conciseness within this. Crucial to a fluid practise but ultimately one of the most challenging parts of your practise.
And when we slow it down, it gives us time to think and process, time to listen to ourselves, body and mind, while focusing on alignment and the foundations of yoga.
Once we grasp all of this, we are then free to flow!
