Throughout these two months we will learn to move from a place of calm, a place of truth to what the body calls for. We will teach you to tune into your intuition and allow it to guide you.

You maybe thinking, if only it was that easy, but after this two month we hope that this will be the start of this journey

for you as we educate you on

'The Mind of it All'

We will dive into what lies behind the "thing" that stops us from fully listening to ourselves. The "thing" that makes us move because we feel the need to rather than the want to.


We will help you build a better relationship with your movement, body and mind by learning to move from a place of intuition while giving you the tools to fully support your mental and physical wellbeing.


We will feed you with as much information as you are willing to digest and implement, allowing you to work personally with your body while building a connection with an ever growing community of movers all supporting one another to achieve one goal...

To move beacuse you want to, not because you have too.


Whether you are someone with a curiosity for movement, a complete beginner, looking to get fit, tone up, lose weight, become strong physically and mentally, an athlete or simply just looking to move it doesn't matter this program is designed for anyone and everyone.


21 days to break a habit, 21 days to make a habit,

42 days and a few extra days for good measure and we should be right as rain.

We are not here to see you burn out and work yourself into the ground, we are here to ensure you are getting all the correct support around your movement practise so you are able to become consistent and see the positive results you are looking for. This takes time and dedication and 2 months is a good place to start.
