Our Peak Performance retreats help you to understand the importance of diverse movement patterns that will allow your to unlock your capabilities and reach optimal performance to whatever level you are looking to achieve. 

Any age, any ability is welcome. We offer a safe, supportive and controlled environment in which you can thrive, while helping you change your approach to your training through making recovery the forefront of your practise. 

Our Schedule has been created with one goal in mind, to see you succeed not to burn you out.

    To educated you on your ability to remain calm under pressure

  • To understand the mechanics of your breath to reach optimal performance & how this translates into our everyday lives

  • To delve into the mental game through mindset training

  • To teach you how to fuel effectively to reach optimal performance with our in-house nutritionist Ashley Roy

  • To teach you safe controlled movement patterns that help to build strength while stabilising

  • Explore yoga in a new way to build resilience

  • While educating you we also want you to have fun and enjoy your time away. That's why we have balanced our retreats out to ensure you have enough time to yourself to explore the island.
