As we step into the busyness of summer we understand for a lot of us commitment is hard even though good intention towards our movement practice is there and as we feel our energy restoring from a long winter we know this is a good time to commit to something that works with us and around us. This is why for this next program we have designed 3 schedules for you to choose from that are well balanced and will allow you to still see and feel results over the 28 days.

3 day schedule to follow
Class 1 - Monday 7am

Class 2 - Wednesday 7am
•Wk1 conditioning lower body - live or recorded
•Wk2 conditioning full body - live or recorded
•Wk3 conditioning upper body - live or recorded
•Wk4 conditioning full body - live or recorded
Class 3 - Thursday recorded only
•15 min breath / nidra
•15 min core conditioning
•15 min reset
These 15 min classes can be spread over the week or done as a 1 x 45 minute class of 3 separate recordings
